What you’ll do
Purpose/Objective
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts with a strong background in Financial Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit, Budgeting, MIS and Stakeholder Management.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in any industry and hold a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification or equivalent.
The role involves ensuring compliance with Ind AS and GAAP, timely closure of accounts, accounts receivable and payable management, tax compliance, budgeting, MIS, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional financial modeling skills and be adept at preparing future projections to support the company's financial decisions and represent to financial institutions for financing assistance proposals.

Key Responsibilities of Role
Financial Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit thereof - Compliance of Ind AS and GAAP - Timely closure of Accounts as per schedule - Resolution of issues with Statutory Auditors and ensure no adverse remarks in Audit Report - Capex - Ensure execution of regulatory capex well within time and budget - Accounts Receivable Management - Ensuring timely billing with accuracy - Ensuring no revenue leakage with proper monitoring and controls - Dealing with Revenue Auditors and replying to their reports - Reconciliation of debtors and realization of dues - Accounts Payable Management - Ensuring payment to vendors, suppliers, service providers etc.
as per payment terms - Ensure compliance with TDS, Service Tax and VAT provisions - Monitoring Expenses as per AOP and variance analysis - Tax Compliance - Ensuring Filing of returns as per tax deadlines with accuracy and assessment - Replying to Department’s queries and filing of appeal and appearing for appeal matters and coordinating with advocates - Ensuring no interest and penalty and availing of Cenvat credits - Budgeting, MIS and Stakeholder Management - Preparation of AOP with detailed analysis - MIS for Management with detailed analysis of revenue, expenditure and other financial parameters for effective decision making - Maintaining effective and cordial relation with various stakeholders - Strategic Decisions - Review of regulatory orders and their impact - Financial performance regarding long-term operational goals, budget - Due diligence and capable work - Stakeholder Management - Transparent Communication - Prepare FAQs for investor calls/meetings - Accurate/timely submission of details to Regulator - Preparation of Financial Model/ Future Projections - Prepare financial models of airports to support financial decisions of the company - Represent to financial institution/banks for financing assistance proposals - Maintaining effective and cordial relation with various stake holders i.
e Bankers, AAI, MoCA etc and addressing their issues - Development on non-aero business/Monetization of customer - To develop a comprehensive non- aero business by identifying conventional and nonconventional sources of revenue and to create value propositions out of it - Expand the non-aero business to other airports both locally and globally - Devising a special strategy for monetizing the consumers - Slice and dice of various consumer segments and devising methodology and building organizational setup for increasing the revenue - Working on synergic impact across business verticals

Qualifications and Experience
