Minimum Experience: 3 years
Education: Graduate in Law from a well ranked Law School
What we are looking for:
Our firm is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated lawyer to join our Litigation Division. The ideal candidate will support in managing a diverse and complex caseload of client matters and deliver top-notch legal advice to our clients. Major responsibilities:
Representing clients before the district courts, High Court, Supreme Court, tribunals, commissions, and other authorities.
Assist in drafting and vetting of various petitions, pleadings, writs, affidavits, counter affidavits, appeals, miscellaneous applications, affidavits, civil or criminal complaints and notices.
Liaise with statutory, regulatory and/or quasi-judicial authorities as and when required.
Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases and drafting brief of Case files and summarize judgments.
Qualification & Experience:
Should be a graduate/ post-graduate in Law from a premier institution like National Law University (NLU), Symbiosis Law School, Jindal Global Law School, GLC (Mumbai), Campus Law Centre (Delhi) only.
Must possess post qualification experience as a practicing advocate of at least 3 years.
Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English.
