We are currently working on a legal mandate with a leading FMCG / food sector company based in Delhi NCR on a retainer model.
Looking for candidates with 4-6 years of experience. Prior experience advising or working with FMCG / food sector clients is a must-have, either at a law firm or in-house.
Key areas of experience:
- MUST HAVE : FSSAI regulations, product advisory, labelling & advertising compliance
- Drafting, reviewing & negotiating commercial contracts
- Supply chain, procurement, vendor & distribution agreements
- E-commerce, modern trade & channel partner support
- Compliance, governance & regulatory matters
- IP portfolio coordination & management
- Labour & employment law advisory
- Pre-litigation support & dispute management
Looking for commercially minded legal professionals with strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
Ideal Candidate:
Should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in working with an FMGC company or at a law firm managing FMCG clients.
Salary:
Competitive salary on a retainer model.
