· Understand, Investigate and Resolve any employee relations issue at the location in order to achieve agreements and settle conflicts and minimize dispute.
· Monitor Organization Culture and values, support in implementing policy and procedures, act as an internal consultant/advisor, support in providing a positive work environment, employee assimilation, ensure timely emergency response within the guidelines. policies and norms of Infosys.
· Lead the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
