Associate – International Human Resources Operations and Projects

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our IHOP group based in Bengaluru/NCR/Hyderabad. IHOP supports Global Recruitment and Core HR teams, across multiple geographies, on critical and data-intensive tasks by delivering high-quality work products. There are four key offerings that make up IHOP’s portfolio:
Sourcing Projects: Identify accomplished candidates for wide array of technical and non-technical positions by utilizing advanced internet searching techniques and creating and maintaining accurate candidate records. Provide reporting and analytics support to Recruiters on sourcing strategies to aid decision making.
Automation: Support maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide administrative and strategic support for recruitment-related applications and workflow.
Human Capital Operations: Enable complex operations that support our global HR functions, such as new hire onboarding, background checks and benefits.
Structured Interviewing: Support the firm-wide initiative to research and reduce unconscious bias while hiring candidates
