The Team

We would like to invite you to join Alvarez Marsal's dynamic Transaction Advisory Group (TAG). Our TAG team have established Alvarez Marsal as one of the leading providers of financial due diligence globally and the leading firm to develop a fulfilling career in Transaction Advisory. Our award-winning practice includes over 1,200 professionals in over 40 offices across the United States, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. We work for premium clients on a selection of deals sector wide.

How you will contribute

We are growing and continue to expand our established UK teams in London, Birmingham Manchester we are looking to hire Associates with experience in Transactions Advisory or audit experience from a Big 4. As part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will;

Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work

Our base salaries are highly competitive and bonuses are un-capped. Employees are rewarded for their contribution to growing both TAG and the broader business.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record - professional qualifications can include and are not limited to ACA and ACCA
Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) or in audit at a Big 4 firm is essential
A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful
