Job Description : Associate - Factory Accounts
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee plant-level financial operations, cost control, and budgeting.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support audits, MIS reporting, and monthly financial closures.
• Partner with operations and procurement teams for cost optimization.
Requirements
• Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis is a must.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
