As the Associate Director of Performance and Insights for Personal Banking Finance, you will take a wholistic/portfolio view to Personal Banking performance, linking external internal factors impacting our performance, drive discussions, and aid decision making for our Personal Banking Executive Leadership team.
You will assist the Head of Performance Insights to ensure a clear cadence for performance reporting, planning, and forecasting, surfacing drivers of financial outcomes and levers to enhance value.
Bring together the external internal environment to highlight performance outcomes across Personal Bank both now and into the future.
Highly collaborative work to build the Performance and Insights team within Personal Banking Finance.
Drive discussion provide insight to Finance and the Personal Banking business.
In this Associate Director role, you will
Lead the team to prepare annual financial expense plan and regular forecasting.
Review historical financial and non-financial data and assist to illustrate relationships between data sets, using Power Pivot or Power BI where possible.
Review reporting and results across multiple Personal Bank businesses using PowerQuery, analyse and write commentary for divisional reporting.
Review internal period on period analysis for consolidation of PB’s half year and full year results.
Continuously improve above processes for robustness and resiliency but also to tilt away from processing/reporting to analysis and insight.
Drive and co-ordinate Risk and Financial Control uplifts within the Personal Bank Finance team.
Drive the Personal Bank transformation agenda by overseeing a periodic service review. This work supports Personal Banking Finance to identify opportunities for alignment/consolidation of work activity to deliver services more efficiently.
