Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to lead strategic initiatives across multiple sectors including Education & Skill Development, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Foreign Affairs, Agriculture & Allied Industries, and Corporate Affairs & Government Relations.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive programs that create measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ACROSS SECTORS)
• Lead and execute industry-specific initiatives and programs
• Drive sponsorships, revenue generation, and membership growth
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Collaborate with government bodies and regulatory authorities
• Plan and deliver conferences, summits, and roundtables
• Develop reports, whitepapers, and policy recommendations
• Manage vendor coordination, budgets, and overall execution
• Represent KCCI in external meetings, forums, and high-level discussions
• Lead team operations and strategic planning

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in revenue generation and partnerships

• Experience in policy, industry bodies, or large-scale events
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in leadership, program management, consulting, or policy-related roles
• Strong stakeholder management and networking abilities
• Experience working with government bodies, corporates, or industry associations is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
• Experience in industry chambers, consulting firms, NGOs, or policy think tanks
• Exposure to multi-sector or cross-functional roles
• Prior experience in leading large-scale projects or initiatives
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
