Candidate Requirements:

✔️ 2–3 years of post-qualification experience with reputed law firms

✔️ Strong exposure to transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents

✔️ Experience in handling corporate advisory matters and transactional work independently

✔️ Litigation experience preferred, exposure to commercial disputes, arbitration, or court proceedings will be an advantage

✔️ Sound understanding of corporate, commercial, and procedural laws

✔️ Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

✔️ Candidates should be currently based in Delhi / NCR
