Job Description
• Setting new processes for the management of recruitment and benefits operations
• Establish and managing the project, setting deadlines and timeline, coordinating the stakeholders involved, and monitoring the project's progress from start to finish
• Consolidate & standardize Recruitment Operations responsibilities for all business entities.
• Work closely with C&B and business HR team to oversee budgeting & ensure positions to be recruited are in sync
• Work closely with candidate, recruiters, and Background check verification agencies to run BGV process.
• Updating SOPs of current and designing new recruiting procedures.
• Supervising the team and reporting on its performance. Help promote a culture that encourages top performance and high efficiency.
• Keeping track of recruiting operations metrics & report out to stakeholders
• Support Talent acquisition by providing MIS reports (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
In this role, you will be responsible to run HR projects that may include consolidation of Recruitment, Benefits, HR Compliance, Merger and Acquisition HR operations projects. Recruitment Operations activities will include position and requisition management, run pre offer checks, Offer Initiation, update candidate information on HR system, validate their documents, scheduling interviews, offer processing etc. You will liaison between Talent Acquisition & Candidate to ensure seamless joining process. You will liaison between C&B and business teams to ensure all position are in sync. You need to drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, eliminate non value added activities and drive automation wherever possible
