Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations remotely from our back-office team. The ideal candidate should have a Hotel Management degree and prior experience in hotel or restaurant coordination roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing restaurant operations remotely from the back office

Coordinate with floor staff, kitchen, and support teams to ensure smooth daily functioning

Monitor stock levels, vendor follow-ups, and daily supply reports

Track order flow, service speed, and resolve operational issues quickly

Support the Restaurant Manager in guest service management and team coordination

Prepare basic sales and performance reports for review

Ensure hygiene, service, and brand standards are followed on-ground through remote checks

Requirements:

Hotel Management Degree (mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel/restaurant operations

Strong communication and coordination skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and restaurant software/tools

Ability to support operations remotely with discipline and responsibility.
