Hunter St. Hospitality are seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the highly anticipated return of Ananas.
Hunter St. Hospitality is proud to announce the highly anticipated relaunch of Ananas -Sydney’s iconic French brasserie, returning for an exciting new chapter. Rooted in classic French cuisine and renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, Ananas is being reimagined to deliver a refreshed dining experience that captures the essence of Parisian lifestyle — effortless elegance, warm energy, and refined indulgence. This is more than a reopening. It’s a revival.

French speaking or familiar with French language – preferred not required

Roles and reponsities
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Lead, mentor and inspire the front-of-house team, driving a culture of genuine hospitality, professionalism and warmth.
Assist in managing financial performance, including labour control, stock management and achieving budget targets.
