Job Responsibilities and Duties: Design, Facilitate and Teach postgraduate students Marketing, Management, CAD- Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and fashion illustrations. Plan, organize, teach and provide feedback to help students to improve and reach their optimum potential. Prepare execute lesson plans, assigning tasks, and evaluating student work and progress. Assess, supervise, and motivate postgraduate students. Respond to students queries in a timely manner. Develops new factors and objectives in accordance with market trends. Participate in events and activities pertaining to the institute and university as and when required Demonstrate excellence in teaching Ability to contribute to academic program development Use professional discretion and judgement in managing students in a classroom setting. Other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: Applicants who have completed Masters in Fashion or Fashion Marketing or related field can apply. (Note: Applicant with Doctorate, NET/KSET will be given preference) At least 2 years of teaching experience as Faculty in a College Strong background in Fashion design, and software's ( like adobe, illustrator, fashion illustrator ) pattern making,gmt etc . Up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands and trends Expert knowledge on products and promotions techniques. Excellent oral and written communication skills Extensive experience in teaching assigned courses to postgraduate students Knowledge of student assessment process Ability to compile lesson plans efficiently Strong interpersonal skills Computer skills like MSOffice mandatory Knowledge of how to use PPT mandatory
