• Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic pursuits.
• Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to academic and administrative processes.
• Engage with industry professionals to enhance the practical learning experience for students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Human Resource Management and integrate them into teaching.

Skills and Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Marketing/English or a related field is preferred. Thesis submitted can also apply if you have teaching experience.
• 4-14 years of experience in teaching or industry experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR theories, practices, and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a learning environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for effective teaching.
• Publications in reputed academic journals will be an advantage.
• Experience in curriculum development and academic program design.
