Job Title: Assistant Production Manager
Department: Production / PPC
Location: Rai, Haryana
Reporting To: Production Manager
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field
About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower utilization and timely achievement of production targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor coordination, PPC and ERP/MRP systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities as per production targets.
• Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Purchase, Quality and Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned quantities.
• Manage and optimize manpower, machines and materials for effective production.
• Track production output, rejection, downtime and productivity.
• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
• Monitor material availability, MRP requirements and production priorities.
• Maintain production-related reports and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and production procedures.
• Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdown-related issues.
• Support reduction of production losses, rejection, wastage and downtime.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and work instructions on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operators to achieve daily production targets.Participate in productivity improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Use ERP/SAP/MRP systems for production planning, material requirements and production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
