Job description
Hiring Assistant Manager Purchase role with Ultra Marine Pigments.

Location: Ranipet

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Industry Exposure : Chemical Raw material Procurement imports for production,lab chemicals

For Chemical raw material
• Ensure regular availability of raw material quantity for the budgeted production at Budgeted price.

Reduce purchase cost, freight cost which will add to contribution- Say 1-2% Prepare monthly report on purchase cost and freight cost and report in PM.
• Maintain EOQ (economic order qty), Safety stock and no production loss Prepare report every month and share the production loss if any due to RM shortage.
• Provide price forecast every month for next 3 months for all the key RMs to BH.
• Identify alternate suppliers for key RMs without compromise on quality List can be shared by BHs.
• Maintain the budgeted NoD for all the RMs and report every month in PRM to control working capital.
• Support RD for Supplier audit to set quality specifications and ensure purchase norms are adhered.
• Adhere to compliance norms (Tax, other regulations) and maintain records.
• Ensure query for RMs and availability data is shared to Production, RD on agreed time basis
• Ensure SOP of the purchase department is followed.
