We offer Front Office internships in several luxury hotels brand in Spain. What you can expect to do during your stay:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer reception (check-in and check-out),
• telephone attention,
• complaint resolution,
• control room changes,
• inform the client about the services, rates and hotel hours.
• Learn the handling of reception records.
• Learn to make the boxes of the shifts.
• Learn agency billing. COMPANY'S PRESENTATION

PROFILE REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills

• Delivering qualitative standards
• Team cooperation
• Demonstration of experience success in completing day to day tasks
• Organisation Planning
• Work permit for Spain (or European citizenship)
• Availability 3 to 6 months
