Were Hiring: Assistant Manager Offline Marketing (Full-Time, Onsite Jaipur)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Dr. B. Lal Clinical Laboratory, established in 1++1, is a leading pathology lab network with 130+ collection centers across Rajasthan. We are committed to enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Offline Marketing professional to drive our branding and outreach efforts.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager Offline Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all offline branding and marketing activities, including CMEs, RTMs, health camps, ATL & BTL promotions, and outdoor branding. You will play a key role in increasing brand recall, generating leads, and strengthening customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution Organize and manage CMEs, RTMs, health camps, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence.
BTL Marketing Plan and execute health awareness campaigns at high-footfall locations to drive lead generation.
ATL & Outdoor Branding Oversee newspaper ads, radio campaigns, hoardings, clinic signage, and transit advertising.
Lead Generation & Sales Support Align with sales teams to convert event-generated leads into customers.
Branding Strategy & Market Analysis Identify offline branding opportunities and optimize campaigns based on market trends and competitor insights.
Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis Measure the impact of offline marketing efforts and improve lead conversion rates.
Vendor & Agency Coordination Manage relationships with event planners, media agencies, and printing vendors for seamless execution.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in Offline Marketing & Branding Strong background in BTL, ATL, and event management.
Lead Generation Expertise Proven ability to drive customer acquisition through offline channels.
Strong Collaboration & Execution Skills Ability to work with sales, design, and media teams for impactful campaigns.
Analytical Mindset Data-driven approach to measuring marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Excellent Vendor Management & Negotiation Skills Experience in handling marketing budgets and agency collaborations.
Industry Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Retail (Preferred).
