We are looking for Human Resources Professionals for a Bank in Chennai with the following :
• Master of Business Administration [MBA] with specialisation in Human Resources.
• 7+ years of Experience in Human Resources Function in BFSI Industry.
• Good Communicaiton and Interpersonal Skills.
• Hands on experience in Recruitment - Lateral and Bulk Hiring
• Bulk Hiring for Sales Process shall be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in other Human Resources Generic Functions like Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, Compensation, etc.
