Position Name: Assistant Manager- HR

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience by engaging new hires before they join, guiding them through documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Lead engaging induction sessions and training seminars to equip new team members with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed from day one.

Coordinate seamless technical onboarding by ensuring the timely setup of hardware, software, and access to essential systems.

Communicate company policies and procedures clearly, ensuring new hires feel confident and aligned with organisational standards.

Align new hires with their managers and teams, clearly communicating expectations while promoting early collaboration and accountability.

Act as the go-to liaison for hiring managers and new employees, providing hands-on support to ensure a consistently positive experience.

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS documentation workflows for India-based employees across multiple hiring cycles.

Check the Salary output with the salary input.

Handling employees grievances related to salary.

Making Full & Final settlement of employees.

Conduct an exit interview.

Submission of exit interview results to management.

Coordinate with the Compliance Partner team to ensure all compliance-related activities are up to date.

Participate in periodical audits to ensure all processes align with organisational policy and guidelines.

Responsible for ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, & Other contract labour-related coordination activities.

Qualification:

Postgraduate with good communication (preferably from the Healthcare, Higher Education and Development sector or any other service industry)
