Job Description
Process bi-weekly employee payroll payments on time and through the appropriate channelsComplete all HR reporting documents and submit them for HOD approvalVerify all overtime hours with the appropriate management personnel prior to issuing payroll checksObtain and verify direct deposit banking information from employeesOversee internal payroll and accounting audits on a semi-annual basisMaintain general ledger with regard to payroll transactionsProvide documents as requested from HR Director
