Key Responsibilities:

- Implement continuous improvements in financial planning processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, reporting standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage cash flow by forecasting future cash needs, monitoring liquidity levels, and implementing conservation measures when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate efficient audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members to support their growth and development.
- Support significant transactions by evaluating their financial impact and facilitating smooth integration into the existing financial infrastructure.
- Develop long-term financial strategies in collaboration with executive leadership to sustain and grow the organization.
Qualifications:
- MBA or CA qualification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a finance role with a track record in controllership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
