Position: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts
Qualification: B.com,M.com
Experience: 4 to + years

Job description
1. Statutory Compliances • Payment of statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, PT & GST on or before due date • Timely filling the return of TDS, PF, PT & GST on or before due date • Analysing the data prepared to file the return & doing follow up with the consultant for the TDS certificate
2. Finalization of Balance Sheet • Assisting seniors in finalisation of balance sheet
3. Budgeting & forecasting • Assisting seniors in preparation of budget & forecasting • Accordingly updating the final forecasted budget figures on buzzears
4. Statutory & Internal Audit • Complete handling of statutory & Internal audit as well.
5. Fee Collection • Sending fee emails to parent from finance id every year • Coordinate with parent regarding fee outstanding • Various types of fee collections & to send the emails to the parent regarding the same • Clearing doubts or queries of parents
6. Fee control Sheet & Collection report • Preparation of Fee control sheet for the respective years & accordingly preparation of fee collection report also
7. Fund request & transfer • Timely transfer of fund to Head office • Timely sending of fund request to Head Office for respective units
8. Bank reconciliation • Daily bank reconciliation
+. Branch reconciliation • Inter branch reconciliation
10.Various kinds of report • As per management & head office requirements preparing various kinds of reports as per timelines
11.Debtor / Creditor reconciliation • Monthly debtor / creditor reconciliation done
12.Replying emails • Replying emails on behalf of finance team from group common id
13. Scrutiny data • Preparing as & whenever required preparing scrutiny data
14.All bank work • Coordinating with legal team for any new resolutions, addition or deletion, correspondence related to bank
15.Coordinating with Consultants • Coordinating with tax Consultant for their advise as and when required.
16.Training • Providing training to new staf
Desired Candidate Profile
Advance knowledge of MS Excel & Tally.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong ethics and an ability to manage confidential data.
Understanding in Accounting principles, Finance, Taxation and Banking
