Assistant Manager Finance

The candidate should be a young CA /MBA (or seasoned semi qualified Accountant) with strong conceptual, financial analytical skills. He should be highly organized, methodical, hardworking and ability to work under stress

Qualification: CA/MBA (1-2 Years Experience) or Semi Qualified CA (+5 years experience)

Preferred Background: Manufacturing

Job Profile
• Responsible for operational accounts matters including accounting for receipts, payments sales, journal vouchers etc.
• Responsible for inventory control, physical verification of stocks, control & management of warehouses
• Responsible for Banking operational matters like fund transfers, opening Form MS, follow up with Banks for Letter of Credits, review bank charges
• Job Costing for manufacturing batches
• Preparation & Presentation of management reports for stock, debtors, payable, fixed asset, schedules for various balance sheet items
• Assist in preparation of Yearly / Monthly Forecasts for Profitability, Cash Flow
• Assist in preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in fullest detail, analysis of variance of actuals vs. forecast. Monthly closure of accounts
• Assist in preparation of costing of various products and advise management on profitability of various products
• Liasioning with Statutory auditors for preparation & finalization of Yearly Audited Accounts
• Responsible for Credit Control for Sales and Debtors
• Responsible for review and disbursement of Local Staff Salaries
• Periodic Physical verification of stocks, identify differences with book stock and highlight to management for decisions
• Processing of Staff Salary
