About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Client Servicing (Events) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of events, and supporting the client servicing team in delivering outstanding experiences. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, event management expertise, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of projects.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering client events, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs for the internal teams.
Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service, timely updates, and proactive solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and reports for client projects.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Support the Client Servicing Manager in day-to-day operations and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the events or experiential marketing industry.
Strong understanding of event operations, planning, and execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and client-first attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of event/project management tools is a plus.
