Weβre Hiring Senior Executive / Assistant Manager β Billing π
Globe International Carriers Ltd. (GICL) is strengthening its Full Truck Load (FTL) operations across India and is looking for an experienced Billing professional from the transportation & logistics industry.
π Location: Jaipur (Head Office)

πΉ Role: Assistant Manager β Billing (Transportation & Logistics)
π― Who Should Apply:
β Minimum 3+ years of experience in billing operations within transportation / logistics industry
β Hands-on experience working on Logistics ERP systems
β Strong knowledge of FTL billing, freight invoices, PODs, debit/credit notes & reconciliation
β Experience in client-wise billing, rate contracts, and PAN-India transporter coordination
β Working knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and compliance-related billing
β Ability to independently manage high-volume billing

β’ End-to-end FTL billing operations
β’ ERP-based billing entries and invoice generation
β’ POD verification and document validation
β’ Coordination with operations, sales & finance teams
β’ Resolution of billing discrepancies and client queries
β’ Maintaining billing MIS and records
