Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Banquet Sales at The Quorum in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing banquet sales, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role involves working closely with the sales team to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication, Sales and negotiation skills
• Promptly respond to all banquet and event enquiries
• Send banquet event proposals to the guests and be in timely contact with them
• Responsible for reading and analyzing the Banquet Event Order (BEO) or Function Plan (FP) in order to gather event requirements
• Maintain the entire sales correspondence data base
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
