AGM - Working Capital & Banking
Job Description
• Provide complete MIS on Working Capital management and Interest as per Business Plan.
• Quickly Reverting to Bank Queries / Resolving Issues with Banks
• Support Setting up Working Capital facilities
• Documentation
• Compliance -Timely preparation and submission of stock statements, FFR, Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure Declaration, due diligence certificate to banks. Co-ordination with Secretarial team for filing of charge for the creation of limits.Co-ordination and Completion of stock audits. & arranging NOCs from Banks'
• Liaising with Banks
• Experience in SAP
• Drive WC documents (pertaining to limits) (within the set parameters).
• Meeting banks to discuss proposal, limit set up, discussion of the financials.
• Quick Revert of bank queries
• Deciding the information to the shared with the Banks' at the time of assessment.
Candidate Preference
Exp : +- 14 Yrs
Qualification : CA
Industry : Manufacturing / Power / Energy Cement / Paint / Steel / Metal / Chemical etc.
