Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at The Fern Residency, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels and control waste to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
