Job Description
The Assistant Director of Employee Relations/ISMMS is accountable for handing all employee relations matters within the Icahn School of Medicine as well as Human Resources protocols and procedures for Faculty, Residents, Fellows and Post Doctoral Fellows throughout the institution.
