Job Title/Designation: Assistant Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Operations Management:
Take complete ownership of all aspects of hostel operations.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel. Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of Housekeeping and Security members.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with various vendors to coordinate daily operations, including food services, housekeeping services, and security services. Service Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Oversee and coordinate food services, housekeeping services, and other related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Interaction:
Understand customer requirements and handle inquiries, situations, and feedback effectively and professionally.
Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience. Record Keeping and Data Management:
Manage records, checklists, and perform necessary data entries to facilitate the smooth functioning of the hostel. Coordination of Services:
Support day-to-day operations by ensuring excellent coordination of services, including food, housekeeping, and security. Maintenance and Repairs:
Liaise with relevant teams to coordinate repair and maintenance work at the hostel properties.
Ensure the timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in hostel or hotel management is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining records and checklists.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budget management and vendor coordination.
Passion for providing a unique and memorable guest experience.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
