Experience: Minimum 5 plus years in Accounts (Logistics industry mandatory)
Software Experience: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:1. Accounts & Finance
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of all branches.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, monthly closing, and ledger scrutiny.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate collection follow-ups.
Verify vendor invoices, customer billing, and ensure correct cost allocation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
2. Team Handling
Supervise and guide the accounts team across locations.
Allocate work, monitor task completion, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Train team members on accounting procedures and software usage.
Maintain discipline, set performance standards, and support team efficiency.
3. Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory norms.
Support auditors by providing required documentation and schedules.
Maintain proper records for statutory filings and internal audits.
4. Software & Systems
Strong experience in accounting software .
Should have experience in logistics-specific software.
Ability to generate reports, analyse data, and streamline accounting processes.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with branch managers, operations team, and management for smooth workflow.
Communicate daily/weekly financial updates to the Accounts Head / Management.
Resolve billing discrepancies, vendor issues, and customer queries.
Assitant senior account head / CA / purchase / billing team.
Key Skills Required
Strong accounting knowledge.
Team leadership and people management.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Tally, ERP, and logistics software.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
