Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team. . This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their accounting skills while contributing to the overall success of our accountancy practice.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Managing client queries and helping them on payment of their relevant taxes on time.
Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments chase.
Maintain accurate records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Excel or Xero.
Assit the accounting team in VAT return prepartion for clients
Assit the payroll team with Monthly payroll report and client inquiries
Bank reconciliation and helping producing the statutory report
Assit client in a wide range of queries.
Qualifications

Proven experience in an accountancy practice.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
