Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month<\/b>

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM<\/b>

Working Days: Monday to Saturday<\/b>

- Assist in day\-to\-day accounting activities
<\/span><\/li>

- Perform GST & TDS calculations<\/b> and entries
<\/span><\/li>

- Support in GST & TDS compliance\-related work<\/b>
<\/span><\/li>

- Handle bank reconciliation statements<\/b>
<\/span><\/li>

- Maintain accounting records and documentation<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>

- Support billing<\/b> and basic invoicing<\/b> activities<\/span>
<\/li>

- Draft basic professional emails<\/b> and handle internal communication<\/span>
<\/li>

- Assist senior accountants with routine finance tasks
<\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>

Candidate Requirements:<\/span><\/b>

<\/div>

- Female candidates required<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>

- Basic working knowledge of GST & TDS<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>

- Understanding of basic accounting principles<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>

- Experience in bank reconciliation<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>

- Working knowledge of accounting software<\/b> (MCS preferred)<\/span>
<\/li>

- Basic to OK English communication<\/b> (email & verbal)<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>

Compensation and Benefits:<\/b><\/span>

<\/div>

- Annual Bonus:<\/b> 8.33% of earning salary (Nov to Oct cycle). Eligible after completing minimum * months
<\/span><\/li>

- Paid Leave:<\/b> 15 days paid leave with encashment. Eligible after completing minimum * months
<\/span><\/li>

- PF:<\/b> Applicable if salary is below ₹15,000
<\/span><\/li>

- ESI:<\/b> Applicable if salary is below ₹22,000
<\/span><\/li>

- Skilled Tax:<\/b> ₹200 per month
<\/span><\/li>

- Retention:<\/b> 10% salary retention for 20 months, repayable after 24 months
<\/span><\/li>

- Annual Increment:<\/b> Every year based on performance and date of joining<\/span>
