• Ensures that incidents raised are addressed and resolved within the predetermined amount of time for each account.
• Monitors No Answer from Device Folder to make sure that no device is disconnected from the network without any valid reason such as asset movement or disposed asset
• Ensures that assets are connected to the network and reporting continuously when required (Run Device discoveries)
