Designation : Ass Finance Manager
Location : Lucknow
Experience : 3 years in industry after qualifying CA (prefrred from manufacturing industry)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
1) Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate and timely financial statement, including
balance sheet ,income statement and cash flow statement.
> Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory
requirements.
2) Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial statements including
balance sheet ,income statements , and cash flow.
>Identify and address discrepancies and potential risks in financial documentation.
3) Taxation: Manage and oversee tax planning, preparation and filing for organization
> Ensure compliance with local, state and federal tax regulations and legislation.
4) Financial Analysis / Compliance and Risk Management / Advisory Services.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advance knowledge of financial tools, software, or methodologies.
Qualifications:
• CA ( Charted Accountant) certification is mandotary
• Proven experience in financial reporting ,auditing and tax management
