You'll be tasked with building out two key tiers:
Contracted Consultants
Licensed Service Providers
This dual-network structure will be your domain, and you'll drive its growth both locally and globally.

Experience & Skills Required:
Proven experience in recruitment or building sales teams or partner networks.
Strong background in business development with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
The ability to build rapport and gain credibility with prospective licensees and business development professionals.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
A knack for listening and asking the right questions to uncover the best talent.
Highly self-motivated with a positive, “do whatever it takes” attitude.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
A professional presentation and ability to represent the company confidently.
