Job Title: Brand & Artist Manager (Dance Company & Artist)
Location: Mumbai (Work From Home with occasional in-person meetings)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Brand & Artist Manager to represent our dance company - RADA® and an independent musical and performing artist - our company's Founder/Director, Mr Richard D'Costa . This role focuses on business development, networking, and securing performance opportunities across events, weddings, and live venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach to event management companies and wedding planners to secure choreography projects for the dance company
Pitch and promote live singing performances for the artist and musical band
Reach out to lounges, pubs, and clubs to secure regular and one-time performance gigs
Build and maintain strong industry relationships
Identify new opportunities for brand growth and artist visibility
Coordinate and follow up on leads to convert them into paid bookings
Provide regular updates and contribute to growth strategies
Requirements:
Based in Mumbai
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong confidence in pitching and negotiation
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Prior experience in artist management, event coordination, or sales is a bonus
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Work Structure:
Primarily Work From Home
2–3 in-person meetings per month in Andheri Lokhandwala (for strategy and updates)
Compensation:
Attractive commission-based earnings on every deal successfully converted
