• Managing the transfer pricing work under the guidance of partners & as per established processes
• Research related work on tax matters
• Training executives on such matters as the team leads/partners may direct
• Identification of international transactions, search related process and benchmarking analysis, computation of arm's length price (margin computation), selection of the most appropriate method, documentation and drafting of transfer pricing study reports.
• Experience of working on various company databases, such as Capitaline, Prowess etc.
• Provide support to the tax team during tax audits (Filing of form 3CEB, Form 15CA and 15CB etc.)
• Practical work exposure of MS word and excel
• Filing of various forms for transfer pricing compliances (Master file, CbCR etc)
• Candidate should have a sound knowledge of Indian Income Tax law and basics of International tax laws
• Ability to read and interpret case laws and keep a track of the basic updates on tax developments in India
