Job Overview: Umanshi Marketing is seeking an Art Director to join our creative team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for a range of marketing materials, including print ads, social media, email creatives and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the client’s business goal/ objective of undertaking the engagement Develop visually compelling designs for a range of marketing materials, including print ads, social media, email creative, and more
2. Understand client requirements and develop designs that align with their brand identity and objectives
3. Being able to create and edit videos and gifs
4. Collaborate with copywriters, content writers, and other members of the creative team to develop and execute campaigns
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Requirements:
· 8-10 years of experience as a graphic designer in an advertising agency or similar setting
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, or a related field
· Ability to work on several design software: AI, adobe, photoshop, corel, figma etc.
· Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and effective designs across multiple channels
· Excellent visualisation skills
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit copy for accuracy and clarity
· Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the creative team
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
