About The Opportunity

We specialize in placing teachers in creative, experiential, and skill-based disciplines — including Art, Craft, and SUPW — to enrich student learning through hands-on, project-based pedagogy. Role & Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Art, Craft, and SUPW lessons aligned with school curricula and CBSE guidelines.
• Facilitate hands-on creative projects — including paper crafts, clay modeling, textile arts, and environmental crafts — to build fine motor and cognitive skills.
• Manage classroom materials, maintain creative supply inventory, and ensure safety compliance during all craft activities.
• Collaborate with Class Teachers and Co-curricular Coordinators to integrate Art/Craft themes into school events, exhibitions, and interdisciplinary projects.
• Assess student progress through creative portfolios, participation, and project-based rubrics — providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in school workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and cultural events to promote holistic student development.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• BA/ BFA in Fine Arts or Applied Arts
• Teaching certification (D.Ed / B.Ed)
• Proficiency in paper crafts, fabric crafts, clay modeling, and scrapbooking
• Strong classroom management and child engagement skills
• CBSE curriculum familiarity
• Experience in teaching Art/Craft to Grades 1–8
Preferred
• Experience in SUPW curriculum delivery
• Knowledge of Montessori or experiential learning methodologies
• Portfolio of student art projects or exhibition work
