This work experience activity provides an introduction to the Army Units located at Gallipoli Barracks and provides information on Army careers, capability and training.

Participants will be exposed to many of the units within Gallipoli Barracks which may include: 11th Brigade Units, 7th Combat Brigade, 7th Combat Service Support Battalion, 6th 8/+th Battalions of the Royal Australian Regiment, 2/14th Light Horse Regiment, QLD Mounted Infantry, 2nd Combat Engineer Regiment, 1st Regiment Royal Australian Artillery, Malaria and Infectious Diseases Institute, 1st Signal Regiment, 20th Surveillance Target Acquisition Regiment, among others.

Additionally, participants will experience facilities such as, the Mess, Gym (including a fitness assessment and Pool Obstacle Course), Royal Australian Regiment Memorial and Museum, Base Accommodation and Battle Simulation.
