Arthi Traders is a growing trade organization based in Dindigul, specializing in automotive lubricants, industrial lubes, greases, and a wide range of automotive solutions. We are committed to delivering quality products and building strong relationships with our dealers and customers.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. This is an on-field role involving regular visits to retail shops and dealers, ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining strong client relationships. The area to be covered: Theni, Cumbum, Aundipatty, Usilampatty and Periyakulam. Flexible Start and Finish Times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned shops and dealers regularly to maintain business relationships
• Collect payments and ensure timely financial transactions
• Communicate dealer needs, feedback, and market insights to the office team
• Support business growth through consistent field engagement
• Represent the company in a professional and polite manner
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with a polite and professional attitude
• Positive mindset with a “can-do” approach
• Willingness to travel on a daily basis
• Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction is a plus (not mandatory)
• Diploma in Engineering preferred, but not essential
• Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided
