Key Responsibilities:
Ø Identify and approach potential customers (dealers, distributors, retailers.
Ø Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Ø Conduct market visits to generate leads and close deals.
Ø Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Ø Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets.
Ø Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Ø Provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
Ø Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products.
Ø Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Ø Gather feedback for product and service improvement.
Ø Maintain and update sales reports, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Ø with marketing and operations teams for sales promotions.
Ø Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
Ø Key Requirements Skills:
Ø Proven experience in consumer durable sales, preferably in air coolers or home appliances.
Ø Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ø Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Ø Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Ø Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ø Sales Management and Client Relationship Management skills
Ø Enthusiastic self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Strong networking skills to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Ø Proficient in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
Ø Knowledge of the cooling systems industry is a plus
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
