Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar Inverters, Batteries, or Home UPS industry
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Appoint, manage, and expand the distributor and dealer network
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Drive sales growth for inverters, solar products, and related solutions
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels
Conduct regular market visits and share market feedback with management
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a regular basis
