Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost Alkem Labs' market share in the assigned territory
• Manage and mentor a team of medical representatives and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, hospitals, and doctors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase product visibility
• Regularly track and review team performance and submit reports to senior management
• Provide training and support to new sales team members in line with Alkem Labs policies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, motivational, and team management abilities
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regional market dynamics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market trends for Alkem Labs
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed
