Job Description:
Strategize and execute the acquisition plan for the business of mortgage/ loan against property in new areas, setting up the new branches grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels to meet the current and future business projections as part of the company's monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets.
Identify recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
Conduct training workshops at regular intervals to improve the bottom line.
Reviewing team’s KPI’s (daily leads, marketing activities, quality check, TAT, customer’s feedback) ensure they achieve the desired benchmark.
Coordinating with the credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning Disbursement.
Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
Continuously monitor their cases in collection delinquency.
Primary requirement:
7 yr+ experience in mortgage/ property loan.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate team management skills.
Proficient in MS office.
Post graduate/ MBA preferred.
Flexible to travel long distances
