About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and integrated solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
2. Sales Pipeline Creation Lead Generation: Generate a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting activities to identify and target potential school clients.
3. School Owner Persona Requirement Understanding: Conduct thorough research to understand the persona and requirements of school owners to pitch appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
4. Product Demo Academic Discussions: Conduct compelling product demos and academic discussions with schools to showcase the value and effectiveness of our solutions.
5. Negotiation Agreement Closure: Negotiate contracts and close agreements with prospective clients to maximize successful partnerships.
6. Handover to Key Account Team: Successfully win partnerships with schools and hand over the accounts to the Key Account team for ongoing management.
7. CRM Maintenance: Ensure the CRM is regularly updated with timely and accurate information about leads, clients, and interactions.
8. Industry Knowledge Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students).
+. Adherence to Sales Process: Follow the defined sales process and contribute to its improvement by providing valuable insights and feedback.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the Edtech industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
