We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Medcis Pathlabs Pvt.Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet company objectives, managing customer relationships, and providing leadership and direction to the sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in sales management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
